We have formed a professional team called Liwan, through which we have carried out interior design and implementation work for many private and commercial projects that have won the satisfaction of our customers and followers on social media sites.
Over time and gaining practical experience, we and our partners have decided to establish a professional entity through which we provide our services in design and implementation. So, the Creative Balcony brand was launched in 2021 and was founded by the designer Alia Al-Thnyan, integrated interior design and implementation institution based in Riyadh, dealing with the concept of luxurious and unique interior designs.
Creative Balcony is a specialized integrated design service to create exceptional interiors. We provide professional services that meet the needs of customers and cover interior design, implementation and supply of materials through our strategic partners including project management and site supervision.
Our team consists of experienced professionals with whom we have implemented exceptional interior designs and executive designs, in line with the highest and most beautiful international design standards.
